Data Engineer & ETL Specialist

I'm a software engineer who has spent 15+ years in the analysis, design and implementation of business applications and data platforms across telecom, banking and retail. I'm happiest when I'm making a slow, fragile process fast and dependable.

My toolkit spans Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, Snowflake, dbt, Python and shell scripting, with Tableau, Power BI and Oracle APEX for getting insight in front of non-technical stakeholders. I'm currently modernizing legacy ETL onto a modern cloud stack and using AI-assisted, agentic workflows to ship faster.

  • Built an agentic engineering workflow (Claude, MCP) that takes tickets from Linear to code, pull request, validated dbt models and updated documentation.
  • Led a team of engineers on design and testing of new data products; built reconciliation and run-time reports the team uses daily.
